Our Returns policy is simple, yet effective to ensure our riders are well supported in-case purchases have issues.

What can I return?
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
1) All Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused
2) All Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
3) All Products should not be broken or tampered with
4) The Products needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
5) All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
Returns are eligible only in the following scenarios
1) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
2) Has missing parts or accessories
3) A wrong item has been delivered to you
4) The product has manufacturing defects
Returns or Exchange are NOT applicable for color, sizing issue or incorrect purchases.
What is the Returns Process?
Once you have initiated a return via the Return Center, you can help speed up the returns process by sharing product images/video via WhatsApp (+91) 73497-83178. 
Please ensure you highlight the area of concern so that we can speed up our assistance.
Can I cancel my order online?
Cancellations are possible if we have not started processing the order.
Navigate to My Account > Order History to list all your orders.
You can click the Cancel / Edit link against each order to cancel your order.
When will I get my refund?
Once returned items are received and inspected, you should receive an email with an approval or rejection of the claim.
Refund processing is bank-dependent and can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
